Job description

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Fluid Pumping Operator position is to perform and maintain job requirements for specific contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver, operate, organize, and maintain pumping equipment.
2. Organize job requirements and follow up on any requests made by the customer.
3. Communicate with the Supervisor and relay information to Dispatch as necessary.
4. Conduct work site training and auditing.
5. Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work.
6. Mentor new operators as required.
7. Ensure employees operate professionally and follow S.O.Ps.
8. Address field issues to ensure customer and operator satisfaction.
9. Complete hazard identifications and all safety documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications for the role include:

• Three (3) years of Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous coil tubing and/or cementing experience is an asset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

Working conditions vary and may include remote locations, evening and weekend work, outdoor environments, adverse weather conditions, and working with challenging clients.
