Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a Floral Merchandiser to support the Fall Mum Program in Vaughan. This independent contractor role focuses on maintaining attractive, healthy mum displays across assigned retail locations and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling throughout the season.

Hours are 6–12 per week with visits 3 times weekly, each 1–2 hours, requiring reliable transportation. The program runs up to 8 weeks, with Thanksgiving week as the potential final period if stock remains.

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is detail-oriented to join our Fall Mum Program as a Floral Merchandiser. This is a seasonal opportunity supporting the merchandising and care of fall mum displays at assigned retail locations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Floral Merchandiser to maintain and care for seasonal fall mum displays across assigned retail locations. In this role, you will ensure displays remain attractive, healthy, well-stocked, and properly priced throughout the program. Previous plant knowledge is an asset but is not required.

Program Duration:

Seasonal assignment running until stores sell out, for a maximum of 8 weeks. The week prior to Thanksgiving will be the final week of service if product remains.

Hours:

6-12 per week

Service Schedule:

• 3 visits perweek
• 1-2 hoursper visit
• Visits must be scheduled with atleast 1 day between visits and no more than 2 days between visits to maintain product quality.

Starting Rate: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores 3 times perweek according to the required service schedule.
• Organize, merchandise, andrefresh fall mum displays to ensure an attractive shopping experience.
• Water and care for plantsaccording to their needs to maintain healthy, vibrant product.
• Remove damaged or unsellableproduct as required and keep display areas clean and organized.
• Ensure all products arecorrectly priced and labels are clearly visible.
• Submit detailed call reportsafter each visit, documenting display condition, inventory, and completedtasks.
• Follow merchandisingstandards and communicate any concerns regarding inventory or productquality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independentlyand efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detailand excellent organizational skills.
• Previous plant or gardencenter experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift and movefloral products and display materials.
• Strong communication and timemanagement skills.
• Reliable vehicle and validdriver's licence to travel between assigned store locations.
