Floral Field Merchandiser: Casual/Seasonal

We are recruiting Floral Field Merchandisers to work within a designated region on behalf of growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers.

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to retail locations and locating incoming orders
• Ensuring orders are placed on the sales floor
• Managing inventory and pricing
• Providing maintenance on all items in retail locations within a region

Store visits occur approximately 2-4 times per month, lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour per location. Pay is a flat rate per location visited.

Requirements include:

• Ability to travel to multiple locations within the city for each shift
• Flexibility to work during store hours within the allotted time frame
• Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting
• Experience in floral or plant maintenance, customer service, merchandising, or retail
• Strong relationship-building skills, quick learner, multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Employment type: Casual/Seasonal with schedules provided monthly.
