Floral Field Merchandiser: Casual/Seasonal

Job Details

We are recruiting Floral Field Merchandisers to work within a designated region, merchandising plant programs in large retail stores on behalf of growers.

Responsibilities include: traveling to retail locations, locating incoming orders, ensuring they are placed on the sales floor, managing inventory and pricing, and maintaining all items in retail locations within a region.

Store visits occur approximately 2-4 times per month, each lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pay is a flat rate per location visited. Must be able to travel to multiple locations within the city for each shift. Visits can be completed anytime during store hours within the scheduled time frame provided by the grower.

• Enjoy working flexible schedules on various programs and projects during different times of the year.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of floral or plant maintenance.
• Customer service skills and personable nature for building strong relationships.
• Keen to learn quickly and adapt.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot problems.
• Merchandising or retail experience preferred.

Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting is required.

Additional Information

Job Type: Casual/Seasonal with schedules provided monthly.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per year, based on skills and experience.
