THE ROLE:
Join the GPU Technologies and Engineering (G&E) group as a key member of the Physical Design team. You will collaborate closely with architecture, IP design, front-end design/integration, and product engineering teams to ensure first-pass silicon success for cutting-edge GPU designs.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate is highly accurate, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work alongside senior silicon design engineers, contributing technical expertise and leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
ASIC Physical Design experience, preferably in the latest process nodes.
Proficiency with CAD tools from Synopsys, Cadence, and Mentor Graphics.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage and complete challenging, time-sensitive tasks.
Strong understanding of full-chip floorplanning, partitioning, TSV, and advanced process rules.
Experience in place & route, timing analysis, clock tree synthesis, physical verification, and chip integration.
Skilled in scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, and Python.
