Job Description:

About the Role

As Floor Manager, you’ll help run the dining room and the Spritz Loungeday-to-day, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences across both spaces. You’ll support team development, solve problems on the go, and help keep front-of-house operations running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily floor operations and jump in wherever needed
• Help lead, develop, and motivate front-of-house team members
• Maintain high service standards and assist in resolving guest, technical and team issues
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and hotel teams
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (supervisory experience a plus)
• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable and flexible — available for early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

Bonus Points

• Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable, or Italian cuisine
• Hotel or boutique restaurant experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced, professional environment
