Job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Floor Clerk to join our retail team. The Floor Clerk is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, assisting customers, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store environment.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise.
Support promotions and visual merchandising efforts.
Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
Basic math and organizational skills.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
