Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Canada is seeking a Floor Care & Special Projects Technician to maintain and restore commercial flooring, perform carpet cleaning, and manage varied building services at client sites.

You will work independently with a flexible schedule, including possible evenings and weekends, and use floor-care and carpet-cleaning equipment to deliver high-quality results while supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial floor care including stripping, waxing, polishing, and refinishing.
• Experience with commercial carpet cleaning and extraction.
• Ability to safely operate commercial floor-care and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, polish, refinish, and restore commercial flooring.
• Perform commercial carpet cleaning and extraction, including stains.
• Operate and maintain commercial floor-care and carpet-cleaning equipment.
• Handle special projects and other hands-on building services at client locations.
• Work independently and manage assigned work effectively.
• Provide coverage for other team members when required.
• Take proper care of company tools, equipment, phone, and vehicle.
