We’re seeking a reliable and professional Floating Leasing Consultant to support two tax credit communities in Fairview and Portland, TN. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous leasing experience preferred; strong background in customer service or sales required
  • Familiarity with tax credit housing is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable using Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Saturday availability required
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours, complete lease paperwork, and handle deposits
  • Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate resident records and leasing data
  • Conduct daily property inspections and ensure readiness of model units
  • Support marketing efforts with local outreach
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations
