Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Week 2:
Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

About the Position:
The Float Patient Care Coordinator provides general support to the clinic. The ideal candidate is someone who has an understanding of addiction and co-occurring disorders and is comfortable in dealing with people in cases where they may need to help de-escalate and stabilize patients. A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, referents, and co-workers are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality of information is essential.
