Job summary

You will own technical delivery, coordinate with Structures, Controls, Propulsion, and Avionics, and oversee certification activities with FAA/EASA-like standards. This role expects strong leadership and hands-on analysis in a collaborative, onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering.
• 12+ years in aerospace with leading IPTs.
• Strong experience in aerodynamics, aero-loads, and flight dynamics.
• Experience in NPD programs and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT and align with overall aircraft development program objectives.
• Own technical delivery, schedule, cost, and quality for aerodynamics and loads domain.
• Coordinate across Structures, Flight Controls, Propulsion, and Avionics teams.
• Support wind tunnel testing and flight test campaigns.
• Ensure certification compliance and audits.
