Job summary

Intellectt Inc. seeks an experienced Flight Control Systems IPT Head to lead the Integrated Product Team for aircraft development, integration, testing and certification in Montreal, on-site.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in aerospace, strong IPT leadership, experience in control law development and flight dynamics, and proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink to guide complex system integration and validation activities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years aerospace/aviation experience.
• Flight Control Systems and aircraft NPD experience.
• IPT/cross-functional engineering leadership.
• Control Law Development and Flight Dynamics experience.

• Lead FCS IPT activities, technical delivery, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive flight control architecture, control law development, flight dynamics, and system integration.
• Support MIL/SIL/HIL, ground, flight, and certification activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders.
• Manage technical risks, requirements, interfaces, and engineering deliverables.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary/Rate: CAD $110,000–$140,000 per year. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and applicable requirements.
