  • Respond to various customer requests.
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate support for clients.
  • Coordinate operations with clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare flight manifests for crews.
  • Manage Medevac flight coordination.
  • Monitor operational flight progress.
  • Provide crews with weather information and navigation status.

YOUR ROLE

  • Respond to various customer requests, fostering solution-based relationships;
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate support for clients before and after sales;
  • Coordinate operations with clients and internal teams (pilots, crew scheduling);
  • Prepare flight manifests for crews;
  • Manage Medevac flight coordination;
  • Monitor operational flight progress;
  • Provide crews with information on expected weather conditions, the status of navigation facilities, and airports along the planned route.
  • Professional Requirements :

  • DEP (in flight dispatching - an asset);
  • Knowledge of aeronautics (an asset);
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Operational Requirements :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism (English / French).
  • Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities;
  • Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Flexibility in work schedule;
  • Ability to manage stress and handle unexpected situations effectively.
