YOUR ROLE

Respond to various customer requests, fostering solution-based relationships;

Prepare quotes and coordinate support for clients before and after sales;

Coordinate operations with clients and internal teams (pilots, crew scheduling);

Prepare flight manifests for crews;

Manage Medevac flight coordination;

Monitor operational flight progress;

Provide crews with information on expected weather conditions, the status of navigation facilities, and airports along the planned route.

Professional Requirements :

DEP (in flight dispatching - an asset);

Knowledge of aeronautics (an asset);

Experience in customer service.

Operational Requirements :

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;

Bilingualism (English / French).

Skills :

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities;

Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility;

Flexibility in work schedule;

Ability to manage stress and handle unexpected situations effectively.

Training or experience in sales.
