As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will produce compelling visual solutions to support our marketing objectives for the Flight Centre Canada brand and global initiatives. Join our vibrant in-house creative team for an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate verbal or written instructions into beautiful and compelling designs.
- Stay informed of current graphic trends and industry developments.
- Manage multiple projects from brief to final asset delivery independently.
- Present concepts to internal clients.
- Handle print production, prepress, file output management, and photo manipulation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work and customer service.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Present creative ideas within brand guidelines.
- Produce various assets such as marketing collateral, web banners, digital ads, in-store graphics, event materials, and publications.
- Communicate effectively with a global network of contacts.
- Collaborate well within a team and accept constructive feedback.
- Approach work proactively with enthusiasm, problem-solving, and solution offering skills.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience; in-house experience is a plus.
- BA or Diploma in Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design, brand adherence, and visual execution.
- Proficiency on Mac with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro is required.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Video production capabilities are preferred but not essential.
