3rd Shift (11p-7am Sunday - Thursday)

2nd Pressman - $21.00 (plus 1.50 shift differential)

1st Pressman - $25.00 (plus shift differential)

$1000.00 sign-on bonus

The Flexographic Press Operator is a vital team member responsible for manufacturing printed labels, monitoring quality, and maintaining press conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete make-ready processes as per Job Ticket and Product Specifications, ensuring correct use of print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers.
• Perform quality checks related to product specifications, visual and functional checks, and press-side quality assessments.
• Operate presses to produce products meeting customer specifications while maintaining quality, minimizing waste, and optimizing press efficiency.
• Ensure consistent quality during production, focusing on copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements per BRC standards.
• Complete press make-ready procedures efficiently.
• Perform equipment maintenance, including cleaning plates, cylinders, ink pans, and lubricating presses.
• Accurately record material usage and time in GlobeTeksystem.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• At least 1 year of printing press operator experience or training.
