4-day Afternoons (3.30 PM - 1.00 AM) Monday - Thursday

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
2. Utilize mechanical and analytical abilities to set up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for optimal performance.
3. Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues and maintain production continuity.
4. Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay job instructions and coordinate tasks.
6. Exhibit an excellent eye for color and pass a color blindness test to ensure accurate color reproduction.
7. Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
8. Additional related duties.

Qualifications & Experience

1. High school diploma is an asset
2. 1 year of proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
3. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time during the press operation.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
5. Proven history of personal responsibility and accountability.
6. Able to report to an afternoon shift
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
