Bayshore HealthCare is hiring Personal Support Workers to join our Stratford area team. Provide compassionate home and community care, following established care plans and documenting care activities using Samsung/Android devices.

Shifts include 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 3:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday to Friday with every other weekend. We offer top wages, benefits, a retirement plan and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle are required.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; French advantageous in some regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to the care plan to support comfort and safety.
• Perform routine personal care tasks within provincial PSW scope.
• Observe client conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Follow infection prevention practices and document accurately using company devices.
• Participate in ongoing education and adhere to Bayshore policies.
