Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues as part of PubTV projects. You visit venues in a designated area, record simple observations, and report online. No interaction with staff is required and anonymity is maintained.

The role is part-time and flexible, ideal to fit around other commitments. Pay is per completed visit, with travel expenses covered in addition to audit fees, and opportunities to work across multiple venues

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
