Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits across a range of sites, including supermarkets and high-street retailers. This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around other work or education.

Pay is calculated per audit and aligns with Real-Living-Wage hourly rates, with audits allocated in nearby batches by Area Managers. Join a dynamic team with bonuses for excellent performance and a Refer a Friend scheme, plus travel where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits at various sites (supermarkets, retailers, betting shops, etc.).
• Report observations clearly and promptly after each audit.
• Record purchase details and time/location for each audit.

Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits to a range of sites. These audits can be to supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a specific purchase then reporting back on the experience. We also have opportunities focussed on customer service standards. We have opportunities for anyone aged 16+.

This is a part-time, flexible role, which is ideal to fit around other work or education. Pay is calculated on a per-audit basis, estimated to align with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with audits being allocated as a ‘batch’ which are nearby to each other. Our Area Managers liaise with Auditors to allocate suitable work, accounting for other commitments and travel limitations.
