Job summary

Qualicare Homecare BC is seeking Health Care Aides (HCAs) / Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our home care team across the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody).

You will perform personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship in clients' homes, following care plans and collaborating with a Care Coordinator.

We offer flexible shifts, ongoing training, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody) or be willing to commute locally.
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel around the local area.
• Access to Internet / smartphone with data.
