Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Inc. is seeking a Sorter Relief in St. Johns, NL to support both Courier deliveries and warehouse sorting duties. This hands-on role helps keep daily delivery schedules on track by stepping in as coverage is needed and coordinating with Dispatch and customers.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid Class 5 driver's license, 3 years driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. English proficiency is essential for clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• High School completion and vocational courses.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• 3 years driving experience with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform standing, reaching, sorting and wrist/lower back movements.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily schedules in collaboration with Dispatch and customers.
• Scan packages as received, delivered, or returned to the depot at day end.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and E-DVIR.
• Sort and separate freight by destination, weight, size and shape to meet client delivery schedules.
• Unload and load freight to/from conveyors and trucks, including scanning shipments for proper sorting and priority deliveries.
