HomeCleans in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a reliable Cleaner to keep premises clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You will perform a variety of daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and training, with a competitive salary. Applicants should be able to lift, bend, stand for long periods and handle cleaning products safely.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a cleaner, custodian, or housekeeper is a plus.
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move comfortably throughout a shift.
Familiarity with basic cleaning products, safety instructions, and equipment.
Good time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Clean, dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas daily.
Wash and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Restock paper products, soap, and hand sanitizer in restrooms and break rooms.
Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of garbage properly.
Clean glass doors, windows, and counter surfaces.
Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock shortages to management.
Follow all health and safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
