• Minimum of 12 months Acute HCSW experience in a hospital/hospice.
• Minimum of 6 months experience at B3 level in NHS within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s conditions daily.
• Assist Registered Nurse with care delivery.
• Ensure patient care is the primary focus.
• Support patients with daily living activities.
