Job summary

Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days determined based on business requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

  • High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

  • Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements:

  • None required for entry; one (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Time to learn or adjust to the job: 3 months.

Other mandatory experience:

  • In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of relevant operations.
  • Must meet minimum thresholds on driver assessment training.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
