Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with hours and days determined based on business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience:

• No minimum required; 1 year customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Learning period:

• Approximately 3 months.

Additional requirements:

• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of relevant operations; must pass driver assessment; ability to lift 70 lbs; knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, customer service, multitasking, stress management, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Shift: Monday to Friday, starting at 10:45 am; Saturday at 8:00 am. Flex Driver role allows selecting shifts up to 8 hours, totaling up to 40 hours/week. Must have a full valid Class G License (G2 not acceptable).
