Job description

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Post Secondary: High school diploma/educational equivalent.
2. Professional accreditation/certification: Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
3. Related Experience Requirements: None required; however, one (1) year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
4. Time to Learn or Adjust: Approximately 3 months.
5. Other Mandatory Experience: In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.
6. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of relevant areas; must pass mandatory driver assessment training and complete all basic and recurrency training; able to lift 70 lbs; knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, time management, organizational, and customer service skills; ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications: Sunday - Saturday AM shifts availability.
