Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Shift Flexibility: Opportunities vary in hours and days, determined by business needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license; full G license/Class 5 license required.
  • Experience: No minimum; 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
  • Training: 3 months to learn or adjust to the job; must pass driver assessment training.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English (Québec only).
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Successful completion of all basic and recurrency training.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.

Additional Notes: Candidates must have a clean driving record with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months. All candidates will be assessed on their driving record, interview performance, and driver competency tests.
