Job Position Overview

This is an interview position responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes. Duties include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with hours and days determined based on business needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license; in Quebec, bilingual in French and English.
• Experience: None required; 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Training: Must achieve minimum threshold on driver assessment and complete all training successfully.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift 70 lbs.

• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Notes
