Job summary

General Summary

Ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined clients on specific routes, inspect orders before delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift options available (minimum and maximum hours and work days will be determined based on operational needs).

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional Certificates and Titles:

• Valid G license / Class 5 driver's license required.

Experience:

• No minimum experience required, but 1 year in customer service is preferred.

Training Period:

• 3 months to familiarize oneself with the tasks.

Other Mandatory Experience:

• Bilingual in French and English in Quebec.

Technical Skills

• Pass the driver evaluation before hiring.
• Ability to succeed in all basic and refresher training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
