Job description

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Post Secondary:

  • High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

  • Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of none, with a preference for one (1) year of customer-oriented business experience.

Time to learn or adjust to the job:

  • Approximately 3 months.

Other mandatory experience requirements:

  • In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of relevant areas.
  • Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
  • Ability to complete all training successfully.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
