Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with hours and days determined based on business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Post Secondary: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional accreditation/certification: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license required.
  • Related Experience: None required; 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
  • Adjustment Period: Approximately 3 months.
  • Mandatory Experience (Quebec): Bilingual in French and English.
  • Technical Skills: Must pass driver assessment training, complete all required training, ability to lift 70 lbs, and knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, time management, organizational skills, excellent customer service, and ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Additional Details

Wage: $22.15/hour. Casual position with no guaranteed hours, based on business needs. Shifts Monday to Saturday during daytime.
