Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Shift Flexibility: Flexible shift opportunities with varying hours and days based on business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional Accreditation/Certification:

• Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience:

• None required; one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Adjustment Period:

• Approximately 3 months to learn or adapt to the role.

Mandatory Experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of relevant operational procedures.
• Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
