Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined by business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

  • High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

  • Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements:

  • No minimum required; one year customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Time to learn or adjust: 3 months

Other mandatory experience:

  • In Quebec, bilingual in French and English.

Technical Skills:

  • Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
  • Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
