Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Shift Opportunities: Flexible shifts with minimum and maximum hours; days of work will be determined based on business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience: No minimum required; 1 year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Training: Approximately 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.
• Language: In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Must pass driver assessment; ability to lift 70 lbs; knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, time management, organizational skills, customer service, multitasking, stress management.

Preferred Qualifications

Full Quebec driving license (Non Probationary), French language proficiency required; English is an asset.

Pay and Additional Details

Pay rate: $20.38/hour.
