Job description

Job Position: Delivery Driver (Interview Position)

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Shift Flexibility: Flexible shift opportunities with minimum and maximum hours; days of work will be determined based on business requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Post-Secondary Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Certification: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience: No minimum required; 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Adjustment Period: Approximately 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.
• Additional Requirements: In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
