Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Shift Opportunities: Flexible shifts with minimum and maximum hours; days of work will be determined based on business requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license; in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.
• Experience: None required; 1 year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Training: 3 months to learn or adjust to the job; must achieve minimum threshold on driver assessment training and complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge Assets: Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Additional Notes: Candidates must operate in a PC Windows environment, complete all recurring training, and maintain annual certifications. In Quebec, bilingualism is mandatory. Drivers must have a clean driving record with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months, and their driving record will be assessed.
