This is an interview position.

GENERAL SUMMARY

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service to our client base.

Flexible shift opportunities (minimum and maximum hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

- High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

- Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience Requirements

- None required for entry; one (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred.

- Time to learn or adjust to the job: 3 months.

- In Quebec, bilingual in French and English required.

Technical Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of:

• Mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training (must achieve minimum threshold).
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrent training.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment.

Grade: 80.

Additional Notes

In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is mandatory. Drivers must have a valid full G or Class 5 license, with a clean driving record (two or fewer violations/accidents in 24 months). Candidates will be assessed through their driving record, interview performance, and driver assessments.
