Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cost-effective maintenance and manage preventative schedules.

  • Assign tasks to mechanics and lead daily shop meetings.
  • Recommend methods to improve fleet performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
