We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Lead to join our team in our Lloydminster Terminal.

Position: Fleet Maintenance Lead

Type: Full-time

Location: Lloydminster

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company equipment.
  2. Schedule repairs (internal and external) on all company equipment.
  3. Confer with Parts & Service Manager / Operations Manager regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs necessary.
  4. Order material / parts to complete repairs.
  5. Ensure the repairs remain within budget requirements.
  6. Process vendor invoices to ensure proper and prompt payment.
  7. Responsible to ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
  8. Aid in providing training to workers.
  9. Provide an environment of learning, support, and respect.
  10. Prepare work orders for equipment repair.
  11. Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
