Job Summary

Clintar is hiring a Fleet and Landscape Operations Manager to ensure timely maintenance of the fleet, supporting consistent work schedules. Manage the crews.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and 24/7 emergency service to Clintar’s fleet
• Advise on safe equipment use
• Maintain organized repair facilities
• Manage all crews
• Daily and weekly scheduling
• Manage maintenance costs within budget
• Contribute to fleet realignment
• Complete routine reports and correspondence

Qualifications

• Certified mechanic (heavy equipment or automotive)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience managing staff
• Ability to handle customer issues
• Attention to detail
• Expertise in engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems
• Experience with truck and heavy equipment operation, diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in multitasking, communication, and basic computer applications
• Skill in diagnosing and repairing company vehicles and equipment
• Ability to calculate percentages, area, volume, and metric grams
