Job summary

Cordeiro Roofing Ltd in Toronto is seeking a Roofing Installer to join our on-the-road team, performing built-up roofing, waterproof coatings, and sheet metal work at commercial and institutional sites.

You will read blueprints, handle loads, and work at heights, with travel across varied locations and a valid driver’s license. The role is permanent, full-time with a wage of CAD 43.22 per hour for 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Install built-up roofing systems using asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Load and unload goods
• Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation
