Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years experience in flat roofing
2. Class 5 preferred but not required

Duties

1. Prepare roof surfaces for installation or repair
2. Apply waterproof materials such as membranes or coatings
3. Ensure proper drainage to prevent water pooling
4. Inspect roofs for damage and assess repair needs
5. Perform necessary repairs and maintenance
6. Dispose of old roofing materials safely and responsibly
7. Follow safety guidelines when working at heights
