Job Description:

We're looking for a Fixture Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support the successful execution of store development projects across TJX Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for fixture order fulfillment for a variety of initiatives-including new stores, relocations, remodels, and rollouts. You'll act as a key liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of store fixtures. What You'll Do:

  • Review and validate fixture plans to ensure alignment with current prototypes and project scope
  • Analyze architectural blueprints and collaborate with Designers to determine fixture requirements
  • Execute fixture order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Liaise with contractors, Project Managers, Store Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate site conditions and adjust orders accordingly
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively manage fixture lead times and installation schedules
  • Coordinate delivery and installation plans for both regional and national fixture rollouts
  • Address and resolve fixture deficiencies, logistical issues, and site-specific challenges
  • Maintain and update fixture databases, including specifications, pricing, and vendor details
  • Ensure accuracy of fixture automation software and purchasing platforms
  • Implement new fixture item numbers and updates across systems and documentation
About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of purchasing experience, ideally in a store fixture or retail environment
  • You hold a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Procurement, or Architectural Technology
  • You bring strong project management and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of supply chain and materials estimating
  • You can read and interpret fixture plans, blueprints, and construction documents
  • You're a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • You excel at managing details, prioritizing tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with Oracle purchasing platforms
