What to Expect :

Reporting to the Store Manager or assigned delegate, this position is primarily focused on providing enhanced customer service through presence and engagement. As a support function, this role proactively identifies and reports potential risks to store leadership and/or Asset Protection teams and creates a safer environment through customer service and de-escalation techniques. This role also supports day-to-day store operations and sales activities, with a dotted line to the Asset Protection department for communication purposes.

What you will do :
  1. Acknowledge and greet customers, directing them to specific departments within the store and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Support your store's Sales Operations and Asset Protection teams through customer service observations and interactions.
  3. Report suspected incidents of shoplifting to the Asset Protection and/or store leadership teams for action.
  4. Support the company's Health and Safety Critical Incident Response and de-escalation programs.
What you will bring to the team :

A background in customer service.

A proactive and outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with all customers and providing exceptional service.

Pay :

$17.40 starting wage; may vary based on local Collective Bargaining Agreement where applicable.
