Role Overview

The Fixed Term Sales Associate must always be ready to assist customers with merchandise selection and ensure that the customer's overall experience is positive. The Sales Associate will excel at executing the Customer Service Strategy and delivering sales results through their communication of trend and fashion knowledge to the customer.

What You Will Do

• Engage and interact with customers to generate sales by determining their needs
• Demonstrate high energy and look for solutions to assist customers
• Maintain product knowledge of merchandise and the latest trends and styles
• Keep the sales floor standards, including replenishment, presentation, and overall cleanliness
• Understand sales and credit transaction systems and procedures
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently with professionalism and friendliness
• Build trust through recommendations, inspire others, and gain cooperation with minimal disruption
• Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Act with customers in mind, utilizing strong networking and relationship management skills

• Experience in service or selling industries preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
