The Fixed Term Sales Associate must always be ready to assist customers with merchandise selection and ensure that the customer's overall experience is positive. The Sales Associate will excel at executing the Customer Service Strategy and delivering sales results through their communication of trend and fashion knowledge to the customer.

What You Will Do
  • Engage and interact with customers to generate sales by determining their needs.
  • Demonstrate high energy and offer solutions to customers.
  • Have product knowledge of merchandise and the latest trends and styles.
  • Maintain floor standards, including replenishment, presentation, and cleanliness of the department.
  • Understand all systems and procedures related to sales and credit transactions.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Inspire others with recommendations, build trust quickly, and gain cooperation with minimal disruption.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Act with customers in mind, possessing strong networking and relationship management skills.
