Job description

As a Fixed-Term Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for data entry, inventory and cash balancing, reconciliation, filing, and other related duties. Your goal will be to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Success depends on your ability to be self-motivated and to accomplish assigned tasks.

Note: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 18 months.

Your Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and print scanned documents
  • Verify all starting and ending figures
  • Manually input inventory receipts and adjustments
  • Edit and post electronic download files
  • Verify and reconcile all cash and cheque payments
  • Manually input PO numbers
  • Identify inventory errors and input data into an Access database
  • Manage and update Excel inventory spreadsheets
  • Sort mail, batch paperwork, and maintain filing systems
Your Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
Your Experience
  • High School Diploma
