As a Regional Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our regional locations. From managing service departments and leading a team of dedicated employees to delivering top-notch service and building relationships, you'll enjoy the perks of traveling to our various locations.

Location: N3H 4R7

Compensation: Up to $125,000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage profit and loss by examining department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.
  2. Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching, and talent management.
  3. Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures to enhance customer experience through high-quality service and rapport building.
  4. Develop and implement long-term strategies and action plans to attract and retain customers.
  5. Understand and maintain warranty platforms.
  6. Order parts following company and OEM guidelines.
  7. Maintain knowledge of parts pricing procedures.
  8. Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale customers.
  9. Resolve customer and employee complaints professionally and effectively.
  10. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and other workplace regulations and policies.
  11. Oversee multiple Service and Parts departments, ensuring proper staffing and coverage during all business hours.
  12. Maintain an active parts and accessories inventory with appropriate stock levels, minimizing obsolescence and improving turnover.
  13. Develop and grow external parts and accessories sales, including wholesale accounts.
  14. Ensure compliance with 401 and OEM policies, maintain accurate warranty documentation, and keep merchandising areas clean and presentable.
  15. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  16. Report any non-compliance issues immediately to management.
  17. Manage cash and credit/debit receipts per company policy.
  18. Manage the PBS system, ensuring accurate parts ordering, receipt, tracking, and invoicing.
  19. Perform physical inventory counts as required, possibly during off-hours.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 12th Grade Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of Service Manager experience in the automotive industry.
  • Valid G Driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Experience with PBS software is an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel regularly.
