As Fixed Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our service, parts, and shop departments, ensuring smooth workflows, top-tier customer service, and a well-oiled team. You'll drive revenue growth, control expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  6. Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.

  9. Financial & Performance Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and drive success.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges efficiently.
  • Adaptability to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.

  • Previous managerial experience — that's a plus!
