Your area of focus

The Fixed Operations Director oversees and manages the fixed operations across multiple locations within a region, including service, parts, and body shop departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with onsite Fixed Operations and Service Managers to oversee Service, Parts, and Detail Departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, local, and OEM regulations affecting repair operations.
  • Ensuring adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and monitoring feedback.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for fixed operations.
  • Building strong relationships with Fixed Operations Managers and Service Managers at each dealership.
  • Monitoring regional performance and implementing strategies for efficiency and profitability.
  • Making data-informed decisions based on analytics, industry trends, and organizational priorities.

Minimum qualifications include:
